With Sandy Fretwell Hollingers permission I am sharing a PM she sent me just a few minutes ago. PLEASE lift Denver in prayer, my pa-pa Taylor always said where theres breathe, theres hope. The faith of this young man has to stand for something, what strength he has shown throughout all of this and yet his faith has never dwindled. We drove back to Memphis Wednesday night saw the doctor and did lab work and drove back home Thursday/Friday morning. I was so exhausted. Yesterday Carlins Courage Foundation had a dove shoot in honor of Denver and another cancer patient. It was so hot but we met lots of wonderful people. Gary Finch with the Outdoors Show on TV was there filming for one of his shows. Denver wanted to meet him so thats why we drove home. Thursday we didnt get good news and Ive been so emotional since. Last week Randal and Denver was there and got scan results. He did scans and was put to sleep to check his bone marrow. One test showed no tumor. The doctor said the needle may have went in a place where no tumor was. They drew out of the bone and did a three day lab test. They pull the calcium out and this shows best results. I had my hopes that things had changed and things was much better. Wrong!! Overall, he said that things havent changed. We were both in tears but Denver stopped him from talking and said God can heal me and Dr. Furman said Denver you are so right! Hes the only one and its left up to him. As his mom Im so emotional but I still faithfully trust God to completely heal him so we can share many more years together. Please keep praying for his healing and strength for me. I cant sleep much at all and I feel so extremely tired. Were heading back this morning. He goes inpatient tonight at 8:00 to start strong, painful antibodies early Monday morning. Friday morning, Saturday morning and this morning I had to inject him with a shot to boost his cells. Please pray and tell everyone you see to pray! Love and hugs!
