With a baby on board, Ive been doing TONS of research on good exercises and fitness programs to keep me active, healthy and fit. PiYo has it all for what my body needs... its low impact but going to help me stay limber, keep me flexible and stretched while strengthening my core. A strong core = minimal back pain during pregnancy... YAY!!! My Goal: To master this advanced sequence in the next 60 days. Anyone else wanna make the same goal with me!?! (pregnancy not required)
