With a potentially historic storm bearing down on us, the Governor - TopicsExpress

With a potentially historic storm bearing down on us, the Governor has issued an Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency for Westchester and Putnam Counties. Predictions include 75 mph winds, thunder and anywhere from 12 to 36 inches of snow for most areas. A travel ban is in effect. All cars must be off the road no later than 11 p.m. without exception. Do not attempt to travel. Doing so will only put your life at risk and also hinder our plows and first responders. Roads, highways and mass transit will all be shut down. You are endangering yourself and others by attempting to travel in this storm.
