With all of the drama and upheaval we all face in the workplace, I think that this is an extremely important thing to remember...especially for myself!!! We got into this field for a reason, and its become too easy to focus on all of the negativity associated with whats going on in the healthcare industry...we need to refocus and remember what truly counts!!!! Think THIS is my resolution for the new year...little late, but I still have 11 months! Lol!
