With all of the goings on, I know this post is about a week late, and may be my longest yet, but as I sit here and reflect, I must say my 2014 definitely had its share of trials and tribulations; full of sickness and sadness, so some may say most of it outright sucked! Those of u whom are the closest to me, know Im not one for my day to day details being made public (this may be as close as I get; not to mention I love for folks to assume ð) but Im going to be as candid as possible... See, I was unfriended by some and unfriended others but I was reunited with and brought closer to a few who truly matter, I was disrespected and not cherished at times but I was also loved and thought of, some turned their backs on me and I was left to feel alone but alone is when I realized I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit the most! What Ive now decided in a nutshell, is from now until I take my last breath, those of u whom do not truly love/care for me (family and friends included) I give u permission to just stop. Stop the words, messages, calls, etc. that u really do not mean or out of some tasteless feeling of obligation, bc I ensure u they will no longer be returned. And if u think Im referring to u, I probably am... Lol Not trying to be harsh, just assisting to remove any unnecessary burdens which may have anything to do with me, so ur welcome! BYE FELECIA! lol Okay, moving on... so even though we may not speak or see one another often (and I may be slow to return a text message lol), if I send u a quick message out of the blue, call, or say I love u, believe it! As I commonly refer to myself as A Work in Progress, Jeremiah 29 keeps coming back to me and I am reassured that God knows the plans HE has for me.
