With all of the hate coming from a hundred different directions I want to tell a story of hope. Today as Hunter and I entered a potential customers business a African American male bout 62/225 was leaving after filling out an application. We handled our business and were leaving. As I try to exit a car comes in and the same man as earlier is trying to get my attention. I roll my window down and ask how may I help. He asks if I work at a staffing company and if I could help him find a job. As he tells me he just got out of federal prison I notice his eyes begin to well up. He asks for my card and I turn around to get it and he exits his car and approaches mine. I hand him the card and he tells me there are six fellas just like him and all they want is a chance, an opportunity to better their lives. Before he can finish the dam breaks and tears are rolling. I quickly slammed the car in park, got out, and hugged the fella. As I proceeded to tell him that Ill get him work and the opportunity to better his life he just balled. Hell, now Im about to cry. Let go and it was like a water main had busted in both his eyes. I reassured him that I will help him make a better life. There will always be bad and good, but love everyone. And never forget... We Live In A Beautiful World :)
