With all respect to All non-believers, I think Dr Rowley has a great opportunity before him, if only he is bold and brave enough to grasp it. He should produce his and his Partys draft document for constitutional reform and launch his own national consultation. He can then produce a draft that will get resounding popular support; on that basis he can then mobilise a national campaign to force the Government to comply or face dire consequences. In such circumstances I a prepared to put on my marching shoes.
