With all the controversy surrounding the American biggest loser winner Rachel Fredrickson, Id like to say this: There is NOTHING inspiring about having to train 6 hours/day and calorie cutting to get a result - it is completely unsustainable and more importantly completely unhealthy!! Weight loss is not the same as fat loss - and as she has proven anyone an take extreme measures to get a short term result ... Watch this space she WILL end up with either an eating disorder, psychological issues, health issues and/or more weight gain... Please do not buy into the BS quick fix/rapid results mindset ...
