With all the following taxes we pay, it is a wonderment there is any money left to survive. But, according to the politicians....there is always enough money to tax us in order to SERVE someone else another federally or state funded program...hmmm . Accounts receivable ; building permit tax; CDL license tax; cigarette tax; corporate income tax; capital gains tax; dog license tax; excise tax; federal income tax; federal unemployment tax; food license tax; gasoline tax; gross receipts tax; car license tag and tax; hotel tax; inheritance tax; inventory tax; IRS interest charges and penalties (tax on top of tax) Liquor tax; luxury tax; marriage license; medicare tax; personal property tax; real estate tax; service charge tax ( charged in some areas) social securtiy tax; road usage tax ; sales tax; recreational vehicle tax; school tax; state income tax ; state unemployment tax; telephone federal excise tax; telephone federal universal service fee tax; telephone federal and state and local surcharge tax; telephone minimum usage tax surcharge tax; telephone recurring and non recurring tax; telephone state and local tax tax; vehicle sales tax; water craft registration tax ; well permit tax ;workers compensation tax.......add as you see any that have been missed.
