With all the many things taking place in the world today, there is a lot for mankind to fear. Worldwide, disease and famine slithers its icy fingers down our spines. Death awaits us on every corner, searching for the right opportunity to rear its head. Fear reaches out to claim our attention every single chance it gets by spreading rumors of war, incurable plagues, you name it... In all things, lack of knowledge is a feeding ground for all of these things to reside. When we know God, truly know Him, then we know that HE is our protector and our salvation. We know that, regardless of what comes up against us, the battle is not ours, it is The Lords. We know that NO weapon formed against us shall prosper. And through faith, we know that life on earth is temporal, but through Jesus Christ we have been blessed, and graced, with mercy that leads to everlasting life. Stay prayed up. Pray for those in the struggle that need hope. Pray for those touched by disease and famine everywhere. Dont underestimate the reach of disease, but trust in the shield provided to us by God Himself. Trust in the power of The Lord and the protection His love provides. In all things, be encouraged... God bless you all.
