With all the posts and now the petition circulating about the newest laws governing how we as sledders affix our license plate,place the trail sticker,modify our exhausts and the use of a mirror I think its time for people to start making noise about this at their club level.I urge those that feel strongly about these laws to go to your clubs next meeting and bring it up at the appropriate time,usually when the meeting chairman asks about new business.As I see it the only way we as club members and trail purchasers are going to make a difference is if we put pressure on the appropriate people and keep going up the chain.Start with the club executive,then have them go to the zone director and then to the federation,even get your local MLA involved.Make as much noise as humanly possible.Make phone calls,write emails,whatever it takes.All the contact information for everyone is listed on the club website,I urge EVERYONE to use it.And if the ones at the office say that the laws cant be changed,thats baloney.With enough pressure applied to the right people these laws can and will be changed or omitted. BUT I would plead with everyone to be courteous and polite,nobody wants to hear someone one the other end of a phone call screaming and hollering or using obscenities.
