With everything that has taken place in the Archdiocese recently concerning St. Victoria people have asked questions about my firing from OLG. At the time I couldnt say much because I lived in fear of the church after all I was told of I spoke about it I would just look stupid. and if I didnt resign I would never work in the archdiocese again, and if they wouldnt hire me who would? I chose not to resign, I let them fire me because I was not wrong! What was I accused of you ask? Two things: 1. I liked the Facebook page I support gay marriage MN 2. I allowed youth of gay parents to take part in my ministry. I was extremely sad to lose my career but just like this video asks when will we stop hating on humanity? I know the pain and sadness that everyone at St. Victoria is feeling and if I can make one suggestion it is to remember everyone is human and deserves to be loved. Please dont judge one another in a time of hurt love each other, including your ex-music minister. Hugs to my St. Victoria friends!
