With it being the weekend, Id hoped to get back out in the open air and get some outside walking in. But with things going on and timing just not right, it was back to the ole walking machine inside for the day. It still works though and gets a little more like normal walking every time! The important thing is to get moving....and we;ll try it again tomorrow on the outside, but if not? Well stick to the Ipod to help as I walk in place and go nowhere FAST as I did today with this hardly known tune.
