With just three minutes left on the board and Morocco looking well set for victory, Ouedraogo caught the Morocco defence in sixes and sevens to score a crucial goal. The goal ignited animated celebrations from the Burkina Faso fans who had been silent as they were staring in the jaws of defeat. The goal may not have been one of the best but what made it special was that it saved the Burkinabes from elimination and blew Group B wide open.
