With more and more collectors joining our family at VTV, I wonder how many of you shelled out big bucks for this one. Originally released on the tiny Hillcrest label, then leased to the equally obscure Star label, sources tell me that this is a very rare and hard-to-locate teen 45rpm, worth well over $100! Shanon Vales real name was probably W.M. McInvale, because he is the person who wrote both sides of the disc. The flip side is entitled Whos Gonna. There is another 45 by Shanon Vale (label shown as Shanan Vale) on Red Bird. Tracks are: Little Girl (Youll want me Someday) and Im Blue. The tracks were co-written by W. McInvale (Shanon?) and produced by Marvin Montgomery. They are much later and would have come out in 1966 in the last days of Red Bird.
