With more than a decade of experience as a state lawmaker, Rep. Mario Scavello (R-Monroe) has been appointed as the Pennsylvania House of Representatives’ new majority chairman of the House Labor and Industry Committee for the 2013-14 legislative session. As the chairman of this committee, Rep. Scavello will continue to focus on the many issues facing Pennsylvanians, such as creating careers and job opportunities, and providing a good wage to all residents of the Commonwealth.
