With much concern, i would like to put to light the kind of dirty occurences going on in our District Council. These hard-to-believe tendencies came to light thru the help of Hon Omito Steen bcoz many of us were unaware. They are; 1- High level of corruption boomeranging in the council. 2- Eating bravely the huge bunch of cash contributed by Hon Councillors to help during the burial of the Late Hon Lafwony Boniface Tingo, and 3- Denying to send any Heath-Worker to Alwi Health Center-3 on mere allegation of existence of wizards in that sub-county. Dear people of Nebbi/Jonam, if all those vices i mentioned above are true, is it not worth generating repugnancy towards some members of the District Council? Or shd we just sit and see our district decaying !!!
