With multiple charges against him from multiple counties, the question arises of why it wasnt turned over to the States Attorney General for prosecution. I asked that question myself, and there is a very good answer. Because thats what happened in AR; it was lumped all together into one case of over 20 victims and he was able to plead it out and walk free. Within 10 days he had crossed the state line and was stealing from us in OK.. He never even skipped a beat. So . . . we want him to be prosecuted by each individual county so that he ends up with the maximum penalty and cannot plead his way out of it. Telling the judges that hes a reformed man who has found Jesus is not going to work this time. As soon as one county finishes with him, another one is waiting in line. Hes finally getting what he deserves.
