With my training I now have I learned in my pre managment classes handling of food be safe and watch out before leaving potatoes salad out of the refrigerator it should be kept at cool at 41° cause if it get past a 72° you must throw it out after that temp get high on it there it has a 6 hour hold time on potato salad so sit your bowls of refrigerated products on beds of ice cause I would hate for any of you to get a food born illness also that goes for chicken or ribs after you cook them dont just leave them sitting out for bacteria to grow cooked meat they must stay at 185° so be safe I went to class and this what they taught me
