We are currently looking for an Application Support Specialist (M/F) to join our team in Budapest. We will be interviewing candidates over the next few weeks and can offer an immediate start. Key Duties and Responsibilities - Assisting in diagnosing and resolving support tickets with end users via telephone, e-mail and remote support sessions. - Develop strong working relationships with other to assist with the delivery of quality service to clients. - Ensuring that the incident management process is complied, including escalation with management for high/critical issues. Required Skills and Experience: - At least one year experience in a similar position - Strong analytical skills, pragmatic way of thinking - Excellent verbal and written English communication and facilitation skills - IT background with understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices (ITIL Certification desired but not a must). - High level of interpersonal skills and social competence - Work experience in multinational enterprises Nice to have: - Familiarity with SQL queries - Experience with Application server (especially Weblogic) installation and configuration, coding experience is a plus (especially in Java) - German knowledge is desirable) What we can offer - Solid company background - Participating in enterprise projects - Friendly and cheerful team with high level technical knowledge If you’re interested in the position, send us your CV in English via e-mail to bud-recruitment@ctp.
