With only hours left of a much deserved spring break, I wish my @MDCPS colleagues, the teachers and leaders, the police and security staff, the technicians and office clerks, the cooks and drivers, and most importantly our children and their parents a heartfelt welcome back! Take pride in knowing that we are shaping the future, one child at a time. With you in schools and classrooms across our great community, I know this last quarter will be our best yet. Testing is around the corner but dont fret; just do what you have done so well all along. Teach and inspire and success will be ours and our childrens. The Board and I thank you for your tireless and dedicated work. God bless you, our children and their parents. I will see you on the journey.
