With regard to emptiness, we are taught that objects appear to - TopicsExpress

With regard to emptiness, we are taught that objects appear to exist dependant on their causes. But the causes are in the past, and we are taught that the past and future do not exist. Instead all we have is a series of nows occuring one after another in an ever changing process. Isnt it better to say that objects appear to exist (now), by virtue of the relationships between the parts which comprise them? When you alter or destroy those relationships, the objects disappear, like the way in which faces appear and disappear in the clouds as they are blown about by the wind.
