With temperatures cooling so fast, we may see some fog develop. If it does, it will be freezing fog. That means the moisture in the fog (essentially a cloud at the surface) freezes to objects, creating a very thin coating of ice. This can lead to black ice on the roads tomorrow morning, so be cautious of that. Also, when its this cold, the moisture trapped at the surface can leave a thick coating of frost. A setup like this can lead to hoar frost in the morning, which usually gives opportunities for stunning pictures. It adds a thin layer of ice to trees, branches and shrubs.
