With tens of thousands of Central American children in what are essentially refugee camps along our border, SOMEBODY has to challenge this Presidents neglect and refusal to enforce the law. I believe that a suit by the House of Representatives may get nowhere in court--but if the Court accepts the case, I could see how five Supreme Court justices might find that Obama was violating his oath to faithfully execute the laws. And Id MUCH rather have the case in court than start impeachment proceedings.
