With the celebration of our One Year Anniversary fast approaching, we begin to reflect greatly upon the huge achievements that have been made so far and we cannot thank you all enough for how much support you have shown. Cookies Corner has gone from strength to strength, your donations and purchasing and commitment has helped us in achieving so much this year it is just indescribable. Without you all, this could never have been possible. We have achieved this as a group, as a community and a charity. A charity that came together because of one very special and courageous little boy and his family. A charity that was built from the heart within our very own local community. Your continuous efforts and acts of kindness towards Cookies Corner, along with our amazing team of angels that work with such commitment and dedication, is what keeps our much-loved Cookies Corner alive! However, with everything in life, negativity will always appear, and this has been brought to us lately as a slight concern. As a national leading charity, we support all other charities, especially local charities with the greatest respect and admiration for all they do. We are all doing such an amazing job and our passion drives us forward daily as well as our supporters who just want the best for us……for their charity! Although it is how we choose to approach some situations that holds the consistence of this negativity within all that we do. Unfortunately, this has made a small minority believe we have hidden away from situations for such a long time, but more as we have just been hoping for this to be taking with no truth and left alone. As a national leading charity, we have been advised legally not to respond to any negativity that surrounds our ever-growing foundation….so we continue in taking this advice in order to keep our much-loved Cookies Corner growing. Let us hope that all charitys, especially the ones close to your hearts achieve what they set out to achieve too and uphold the same work ethos as we all do at Cookies Corner. We thank all supporters and volunteers both past and present for all they have given or still give to Cookies Corner with no hatred or competition thought of on our behalf. We wish all charities well and in no way has any negativity to other charities come from our team. We are looking forward to another very strong and successful year collecting all your pre-loved items and bringing you all your much loved bargains. We really do turn those pennies into magic!!!!
