With the closing of 2014, the weather team is starting to come up with a list of top weather events for the year. Let us know what you think ranks #1 and if we are missing any events! So far this is what we have come up with: -22 days from January-March with below zero temperatures -3rd Coldest March- Didn’t even hit 50° (didn’t happen until April 7th) -Only 1 day of 90°+ (292 days from the last time we reached 90°) -July 8th- 5 tornadoes across Central NY, including the deadly tornado in Smithfield -9th snowiest Novembers with 15.3” -December snowstorm: 7.3” for Utica -14 days in a row without sun in December Let us know what you think ranks #1 and if we are missing any events!
