With the extension of more than 350 central laws into Jammu & Kashmir right from 1950 onwards , the article 370 has already been eroded by successive Governments in New Delhi. Now raising voice of about article 370 BJP is simply be- fooling people . God forbid even if article 370 is scrapped , not a single person outside J&K can settle down in Jammu & Kashmir because J&K state is governed by State Subject Act ( J&K Permanent Residents Act) which was enacted in 1927 by last Dogra ruler Maharaja Hari Singh and this law is still in vogue. During 1920s the influential business men from J&K particularly Kashmiri Pandits had requested Maharaja Hari Singh to stop influx of Punjabi businessmen into J&K as it was affecting trade and business of local people in J&K and passage of state subject Act of 1927 was its outcome.
