With the new year and the fact that I have had a lot of time on my hands here recently, Ive done a lot of thinking. My life is a lot different from what it was a year ago. If you would have told me this time last year that I was going to lose an important relationship, start to rethink my career plan, take a new position at work, and overall just be really confused about my future, I would have thought that you were crazy. Last year was definitely a year for change, and while some of those changes were sad and some were kind of scary, they all needed to happen. I needed to do some self-evaluation and figure out what I wanted out of my life. If you took the time to actually read all of this, I just want to leave you with a few thoughts. >Change is inevitable, and while it may hurt you so bad that you think you cant survive, you will be ok. You will survive and you will be a better person because of it. >Sometimes you need to clean house. Get rid of the baggage that you have held onto. Get rid of things that make you unhappy and figure out what you need to be happy. >Take a moment to evaluate your life and figure out what you want out of life. And sometimes the question you need to ask yourself is Am I where Im supposed to be in life? rather than Am I where I should be/wanted to be in life? May this new year be awesome for everyone!
