With the passing of Jack, the Tindall family was able to find a great fit for Star Hydraulics with Alkon Corporation. Alkon became the principal owner of Star in November 2013 and Brian Althoff became the new President. Our plan is to continue to produce Pumps, Jacks, Cylinders and other hydraulic products in River Grove Illinois with our great staff. We hope to add to the foundation that Jack Tindall built. We have already purchased some new equipment, begun working to improve delivery and have introduced Lean Manufacturing techniques. We are in the process of updating our website, catalog and our facility so that we can better serve our customers for years to come.
