With the propagation and antennas I think Shortwave Listening on the BC band could be a big attraction on HS4.0! I tuned to the BC band just now, using a 40M Collinear antenna (yes, you can use an antenna designed for another band when receiving). I had good signals from the two U.S. east coast stations on 6.206 and 6.270 (Im about 3000 miles away on the west coast). I also had a very weak copy on some station on 6.240.
