With the support of Caritas, communities in the Philippines have been rebuilding their lives over the last year since Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) struck. Over 800,000 people have benefited as a result of all the donations, prayers and solidarity from around the world. “I thank everyone who donated for being generous, for sharing the gift of God, said Fr. Ybanez in Passi. Sometimes I ask what can we do in return? So I tell people here: always pray for the generous people who helped. May God always bless you.”
