With the temperature starting to drop, John Phillips has been enjoying some excellent grayling fishing on the Glamorgan stretch of the river Taff in Cardiff. John uses his favourite Greys XF2 Streamflex 11’ #3 rod, which gives him excellent control when Czech nymphing. These fish were taken on Goldhead nymphs, but John has also been very successful using teams of spiders fished traditionally across the current.
