With the weather changing we will be transitioning from our Endurance class back to our Olympic weightlifting class on Thursday nights at 6:30 starting next Thursday October 2nd. For you endurance junkies we will be moving the show inside 3 days a week to a “Shred Class” at Grandview Barbell which will mix interval work on the rower/assault bike/and true runners with strength training! First class is this Saturday at 8am just in time to head over to Fall Jam and watch all our friends compete at CrossFit Future! Shred classes schedule will be Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 and Saturdays at 8:00am! 1st Shred class starts Saturday at 8am Sept 27th at Grandview Barbell and will be 4:00 Row calories 1:00 Transition 4:00 to complete 30 Hang power cleans 30 push-ups 1:00 Transition 4:00 Assault Bike Calories 1:00 Transition 4:00 to complete 30 Alternating dumbbell snatches 50/30 30 Kroc rows 15L/15R 1:00 transition 4:00 Run for distance on the True Runner 1:00 Trans Finish w/ 2 Rounds 30 Russian swings 30 Ab mat sit-ups 15 EZ bar curls - Load to tolerance
