With today being my last full day here at home in Upstate NY, Im always met with mixed emotions. The joy that comes from being here always carries me until the next trip in the fall. And yet, I cry like a baby when I leave. Lots of laughter, hugs and I love yous is precious time well spent with family and friends. I look around and marvel at the fact that 30 years later, this tribe has remained close and connected. Through marriages, children and transition, the silvery threads of friendship remain strong. When we arent in the same city, we are sharing text msgs and phone calls. For that, I AM both blessed and grateful. Have a great holiday weekend. Be back in the office on Wednesday for a crazy busy week...which is also wonderful!
