With warmer weather on the way, I’m staring to get excited about a bit of springtime sun, sand, surf, swimming and of course ice cream! One of my favourite things about living in New Zealand is that we produce some of the creamiest, tastiest ice cream in the world. That’s because we produce the best milk in the world, and you all know that milk is the main ingredient in ice cream. My favourite ice cream flavour is vanilla, but I’ve just discovered a few strange ice cream flavours that have inspired me to invent my own grass flavoured ice cream. Some of the crazier flavours I came across include garlic ice cream, spinach ice cream, mustard ice cream, octopus ice cream and eel ice cream. Now, spinach ice cream doesn’t sound too bad to me, but I think I’ll pass on octopus ice cream and eel ice cream thank you!
