With weight loss being on top of many peoples new years resolution, some people begin and give up within a couple of weeks. Number 1 tip is to be patient. Its a process where you have to learn what works for you. There is no point jumping on the latest fad diet, shake diet etc. It may work for a short amount of time, but you dont want that. Sustainable results is what you want. No quick fix will work in the long term, to tell you the truth it may even set you back a long way.Trust the process. Ive been there where I was unhappy the way I looked, didnt feel comfortable in my own skin. I got up and did something about it. Beginning to exercise bit by bit, everything become easier. If you are in the same situation dont hesitate to drop me a mail. Life is there to be enjoyed. If you fail on your goal, dont give up. Re-assess Give it another go. Embrace failure and believe that its all part of the process.
