Within my business, the most important thing next to my quality control of my product is my customers satisfaction. Im always a phone call, e-mail or text message away at any given time. Although some people try their best to influence my customers to go elsewhere, Im proud to say that my customers as well as past customers know I give the best possible service during and after the sale that I possibly can. I also know of lost sales simply because of me being a positive person. But I can assure you that the more I stand for my faith and my belief in being positive, the more good people keep coming my way and the more doors of life are opening as well as the needed doors are being shut. I certainly cant build every engine out there. Lol. And there is definitely many other great engine builders. Bottom line is Im happy for what I have. And Im always blessed regardless of any situation.
