Without CCHI - California will have to fight to keep its 215 rights from being plowed over by special interests and wringed clean of every tax dollar the special interests groups can get back from the poor who cannot live off of the meager subsides and benefits they are given. It is a shame that the system feeds on itself and continues to promote such ill behavior that most of the population believe it is Normal.
