Without a contest coming up, I feel like I have lacked direction - I might spend a session lifting for strength, or do conditioning, or throw in some aesthetic lifts for fun...Then I had an idea: why not do a 6-week transformation and post workouts, videos, meals, and weekly progress pictures? The focus would be on building certain muscle groups (shoulders, calves) while leaning down.. I could share what goes into my training and Id have something to train for :) What do yall think?
