Without a nuclear family individuals are doomed to try to figure everything out for themselves. And, I think we are seeing that this is a failing prospective. Make it a law that DNA tests will be made on each single parent birth to ID the father and make them get a job and pay child support. Also, change welfare to workfare so that each individual receiving it is educated and employed to become a contributor instead of a burden.
