Without addressing fundamental problems, Sachar report, Ranganatha Misra report (sponsored by Seculars and prepared by pliant intellectuals) do not help. If country has to be truly secular, it has to be 100% secular. Indian muslims have to develop and become progressive like in Turkey, Iran, Indonesia. They have cultural roots, spiritual/rational religious base, good artisan work ethics(except for few durbar driven babugiri addicted). 1. Small families 2. Womens literacy 3. Modern Education with less emphasis on so called/assumed/deified Muslim language (Urdu as if Quran/Mohammad sanctified it) 4. Competitive hard work. Why on earth Urdu has to be the official language of Kashmir (as if Kashmiris, Dogras, Ladakhis do not have their own language and have to import Hindi/Persian admixture language with some turkic, arabic words from Gangetic belt) as if English can not serve as a link language like it serve across India. Many Gujarati Muslims (majority of them following Shia variants) study in Gujarati/English schools and get either employed or run their own businesses successfully/profitably providing employment to others(both Hindus/Muslims).
