Without being a professional dietician or a physical fitness trainer, I am going to tell you something that anybody who has successfully dieted or built up the musculature in their bodies two very obvious facts that most diet advisors and many physical fitness trainers avoid telling their clients. 1) You are not going to lose weight without suffering some level of hunger, this is something you will have to deal with on a daily basis and look upon it as a way to instill discipline into your life. Dont attempt to try to feel totally satiated every minute of the day. I like the fact that I can deal with a low level of hunger and control my appetite until meal time...2) You are not going to get into any kind of decent physical shape without pain, I have never met anybody who has. It is that plain and simple...We must all live with a moderate amount of denial and pain to be healthy and strong. The benefits of which also include the great feeling of being in control !!!
