Without criticizing this Asian American female Rabbis commitment to Judaism, this event truly highlights the deepest meanings of Hanukkah. Judaism is not merely a religion, it is the traditions of my family and our ethnic rituals passed down from millennia. Jews our first a tribe of people, second we are away of life which society has false branded us as a religion. Although conversion is legal, we are not a nation of converts, we are not a nation of immigrants. We are a tribal people dating back thousands of years of pure descent. I am appalled by the Presidents choice of Jewish leadership.
