Without doubt this is the last day that I can do an article that may be published in the 2014 editions of The Standard.. It has been a year full of new experiences.. New connections and New levels of service delivery and New Expectations too.. My appreciation goes out to all my colleagues at the bureau in Eldoret #teamsisibo.. other bureaus and at the HQ in Nairobi, my news sources,mentors other journalists from other media houses in the region. The audiences motivation to my performance cannot be underestimated. The companys (SGL) trust in me and its continued support to allow me such a worldwide platform and other logistical support is so much appreciated. My family and friends I want to say you have been so amazing, loving and supporting. Just know that you have been part of my growth and am thankful beyond expression through words.The Church IVC has been my foundation and I cant say enough to thank my church mates and the leadership. I may have fallen short of your expectations, offended you and acted like you never thought I should and for that am remorseful, I will try my best to do the right things as we look into the new year... I have learnt that passion is found in people, satisfaction is found in doing the objectively good and success in what we like doing.. I trust that next year will be a great year, of soaring new and great heights.. I look forward to a new brand of me, new stories, more stories, great stories as I look courts, living, lifestyle and human interest features and development communication. I thank God for everything and pray that he stays close to us, guide our ways and take us to higher levels of our pursuits in life. Let him alone align our plans to his original plans for us.
