Without giving TOO much away about tomorrow evenings menu (being the first of my 40th birthday events)... here is a BIT of an idea of the scale of cooking for 100 people - and the absolutely hilarious fun we had!!! Im saying a HUGE (& public) thank you to Ali & Margie who gave up a precious number of hours of their Friday, cooking with me. (Also thanks to those who are doing other things / who have helped behind the scenes... you know who you are!) Very grateful to God for opportunities to have special times with friends
