Without going into great detail, I ended up doing my laundry at a Laundromat across town today. I could not get the machine to work. The lady laughed at me like I was stupid and helped me. Then I could not figure out the dryer. The lady laughed and explained I needed some sort of pay card, which I got, and she proceeded to make fun of me to her co worker about how stupid I was. I still could not figure it out so some homeless guy helped me. I went back an hour later to get my clothes and the homeless guy was standing watch by my dryer. He said he wanted to make sure nobody stole my clothes, because apparently thats a problem. I thanked him and tried to give him $5 and he gave it back and told me he is not homeless, people just think that because he has no teeth and wears old clothes. Wake up call to me for being judgmental!! And its nice to know there are still good people out there!
