Without going into too much detail, IPG funeral mission this - TopicsExpress

Without going into too much detail, IPG funeral mission this morning was quite unique. Korean War Veteran Kenneth Poore was also a VERY active cowboy and was laid to rest in a custom coffin made out of seasoned barn wood. Mr. Poore laid inside on a bed of straw with his head lying on his saddle as a pillow. As the minister read words of scripture, and those in attendance sang hymns, a young man stood off in the distance playing country songs of solitude on his guitar while friends looked on from horseback. Very touching sentiment for such a great man from such a loving family. Rest in peace Kenneth Poore - it was indeed an honor to escort you to your final resting place. God Bless. Mt5:4 (also, a well-deserved pat on the back to Bo Ethridge (RC) & Jerome Shouse (SRC) for a job well done handling the day - always a pleasure my brothers)
