Without my mothers belief in me and her support and love, the first Ikes Place would not have existed, literally. She put up the capital to open the first Ikes Place on 16th Street when every other investor had said, No! In honor of this, and all the other belief in, love, and support that mothers have given to their children from the beginning of time and into the future, I would love to buy all mothers a sandwich on Mothers Day.
