The Statue of Liberty was a gift : safely constructed in France and shipped in parts to assemble on small Liberty Island. The plans for Lady Liberty not only quietly predicted the return of the sacred feminine, additionally demonstrated desire for mutual respect between the two existing benevolent Republics . Consent means the gift giver obtains permission to give a gift of such a large magnitude to a beneficiary . The United States gladly accepted the tribute, and even grew to appreciate thesentiment inscribed upon the foundation stone . The USA in return without little concern for safety (EuroDisney is an unsafe amusement park of mindless distraction), mindless entertainment or fun without learning/education education always remains mindless eentertainment without learning, the amusement parks would have been a better fit, welcomed more, wanted more, etc. In many other European nations rather than in the Republique du France .
