She follows the transformation of Israeli veterans trying to uncover their denial of the war that changed the region forever. She then turns the camera on herself and travels back to her settlement where that historical erasure gave birth to a new generation, isolated from its surroundings, and tries to shed light on the countrys biggest taboo. The director will be present for the discussion after the film and to answer questions. Please join us! You may wish to bring a snack for refreshments. Save the Date! Sunday,November 23 -- Fall Congregational Meeting The meeting will be held after the Sunday service and lunch. The agenda will include: - Electing a new Nominating Committee, to prepare for board elections next spring. - Considering a change in the contract with our consulting minister to reduce expenses. Congregational approval of this change in the Ministerial Contract is required. - Approval of next years budget. The proposed reductions in 2015 expenses are difficult choices, but they are required to avoid completely exhausting our reserves within a few years.
